Get certified to use our high-powered industrial sewing machines! Learn to operate the Juki DDL-5550N (ideal for medium-weight projects) and the Atlas AT-810 Post Bed Sewing Machine (perfect for heavy-weight materials).

The course focuses on the set-up and safe operation of our industrial sewing machines. You will learn how to:

• Wind the bobbin
• Thread the machine
• Operate the equipment safely

Pre-requisite: You must have a current Sewing Machine Basics certification or get approval from the instructor. Please email courses@seattlemakers.org for approval.

What you’ll learn: You’ll leave knowing how to safely set up and operate industrial sewing machines!
