Hydro Dipping Class

Hydro Dipping? What is that?

Hydro Dipping is a way of taking regular spray paint and a bucket of water and turning your objects into art! Bring your friends and family!

During this class, you can select from either a pre-cut design or use an item brought from home. You will learn how to prep the item, prepare the water bin and spray paint, and then how to dip your item into the solution to effectively cover all the surfaces. Your project will come out marbled in the paint colors that you chose and every design will be unique!

Seattle Makers will provide all the equipment for the class, gloves, and pre-cut designs. This class is planned to take place outside, either on the balcony or in the parking lot.

If you have something that you want to paint, bring it with you to the class! Ideal items include water bottles, things with hard plastic or metal surfaces, and things that can take paint.

Masks will be required. This class is for ages 11 and up (adult supervision required for 11-18’s). No previous experience needed.
