Here at Seattle Makers, we’re always looking for new ways to make the most of the space we have. We want to have an abundance of useful tools and equipment, which means we also need a way to store it. Today’s storage challenge: tape. Much like subatomic forces, tape holds our world together. And we need something that holds our tape. Be it duct, scotch, packing, electrical, masking, or some as-yet-invented adhesive, we need a display that is both easy to access but out of the way.
Our solution? Hanging tape via peg board mounted high up on the wall. How to reach it? Go-Go-Gadget Extenda-Arm!

We first designed our own laser-cut peg board using Adobe Illustrator. We cut laser cut the holes in 6mm (1/4″) Russian birch plywood.
Holy laser cut wood, Batman!
From there, it was a simple matter of staining to make it all fancy-looking.
